We are on the backside of one of the most turbulent times that I can recall. From Covid to soaring inflation to supply chain issues to soaring food and gas prices, we have been through a lot.
During this challenging time, our team has continued to provide "best in class" customer service, innovation and development of new and enhanced features. We continue to be the only full suite of church centric facility and event management software solutions available on the market. Our team consistently invests into eSPACE to provide a tool to assist your organization in being efficient, effective, and intentional with the facilities God has entrusted to you.
However, this season has also had a toll on our company and team. We too have experienced significant impacts in the costs necessary to provide our services. In light of that and for the first time in several years, we are going to be raising our prices for current subscribers effective on January 1,2023. For many of you the price will not actually change if you simply adjust your payment frequency. We also are NOT increasing our pricing for the "add-on" modules such as COOLSPACE, Billing & Invoicing, SECURESPACE, INFOSPACE and Asset Pro. These will remain at the same pricing level as they are currently when paying annually.
This price increase is already in effect for all new eSPACE subscribers effective October 3, 2022. We are letting you all know this now to provide ample time to address any questions and assist you with the transition. You can review the pricing changes by going here.
