When managing Inventory you need to relay a note to all users on a particular Item and you also need to track the History of notes made when making any adjustments - this article explains how you can do that!

Inventory Note
- Go to Settings>Advanced>Inventory Items and click Edit to the right of an item
- Once there, scroll to the bottom where you can make a persistent note pertaining to that Inventory Item and click Save afterwards (this note will appear whenever you view it)
- You can also click on History to expand and reveal the change and any others that have been made:
Inventory Adjustment
- Go to Settings > Advanced > Current Inventory. There you will see three ways to adjust inventory.
- 1. The first option is to click "Edit" to the right of an Item.

- 2. The second option is to click "Inventory Adjustment" at the top right of the inventory page.
- Once there, scroll to the bottom where you can make a transactional note pertaining to that Inventory Item and click Save afterwards:

- 3. The third option is to choose "Import Inventory Adjustments" which will allow you to upload an Excel file and map those fields to make adjustments to multiple inventory items at once.
Viewing Inventory Adjustment History
- When you return to Settings > Advanced> Inventory Items and click Edit to the right of that Item, you can click on History to reveal the (1) Inventory Adjustment and (2) Note you made:
