When managing Inventory you need to relay a note to all users on a particular Item and you also need to track the History of notes made when making any adjustments - this article explains how you can do that!
Inventory Note
Go to Settings>Advanced>Inventory Items and click Edit to the right of an item
Once there, scroll to the bottom where you can make a persistent note pertaining to that Inventory Item and click Save afterwards (this note will appear whenever you view it)
You can also click on History to expand and reveal the change and any others that have been made:
Inventory Adjustment
Go to Settings>Advanced>Current Inventory and click Edit to the right of an Item
NOTE: Alternatively, you can click and search for the Inventory Item by Name and Location
Once there, scroll to the bottom where you can make a transactional note pertaining to that Inventory Item and click Save afterwards:
Now when you return to Settings>Advanced>Inventory Items and click Edit to the right of that Item, you can click on History to reveal the (1) Inventory Adjustment and (2) Note you made:
