Churchteams and eSPACE Integration
Customers using Event Scheduler have the ability to integrate their eSPACE account with certain third-party ChMS companies such as Church Teams. This allows for all events to be created, edited, and deleted in eSPACE but then sync to Church Teams who has built an integration to pull events from your Event Scheduler account into their system. Since this is a third-party integration, please make sure to contact Church Teams for troubleshooting questions if events are not syncing correctly after you confirm that your Church Team credentials are correct in your eSPACE account.

Viewing Your Subscription Details
- Each eSPACE admin with access to Billing can view what subscription tier your organization currently has and everything that is included in their account under Settings > Other > Billing > Manage.

1. Setting Up the Integration in Church Team
- Make sure to contact Church Teams support for any and all assistance with their product.
- For any and all troubleshooting questions such as event data that syncs and issues with events syncing or any feedback, please contact ChurchTeam's support team.
2. Setting Up the Integration eSPACE
- 1. Login to your eSPACE account
- 2. From the left side menu click ChMS Integrations
- 3. From available providers, choose ChurchTeams and click Integrate Now.
- 3. Click ES Webhooks and create a new webhook
- 4. Enter https://churchteams.com/m/eSpaceEventWebHook.asp as the URL
- 5. Select Event Approved and Event Dates Updated
- 6. Make sure you have ChurchTeams configured in Account Settings
