Planning Center and eSPACE Integration 

CREATING AN API CLIENT IN PLANNING CENTER 

• Login to your Planning Center account 
• Navigate to Developer Applications page to create a new Access Token 
• Click on Create one now button to create new Api Client  

• Fill up the form and click submit to get your new API Client 

ADDING THE PLANNING CENTER CLIENT ID AND CLIENT SECRET TO eSPACE ACCOUNT 

• Login to your eSPACE account 
• From the left side menu click on Integrations  

• From available providers, choose PLANNING CENTER and click on the logo 

• Enter your information with Client Id and Client Secret from first step and click on Save button to complete the integration 

MANAGING YOUR EVENTS IN eSPACE 

15 minutes after you enter the first data source, eSPACE will start polling Planning Center every 15 minutes to pull in your approved events and rooms.
