I installed the new android app and am getting Invalid Credentials, every time I try it. The old app signed in perfectly.

    Hey Greg!

In the future, please enter this type of thing under Help>Support in your eSPACE login instead of as a comment to an article.  Please enter a support ticket with the credentials you are attempting to use.  Thanks!

Luke Littrell, maybe posting a link to the app would be helpful (at least for Android). It did not come up very high in the list and it's hard to understand if it's connected to Smart Church Solutions or Cool Space or anything.
    Is this it? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=network.espace.app

It's the only one that kind of looks like the screenshots above.
Also, I get the same invalid credentials as Greg Martin. I'll drop in a ticket as requested.

Hi Operations Team and Greg Martin.  I have updated this article with links that will take you to exactly the correct app.  Please check them at the very top. Stephen, the link you provide is not for the correct app.  Greg, you may wish to confirm that you have installed the correct app.

Wonderful news! We have a few staff members who hesitate at updating programs. Will the old apps continue to work? And for how long? Thanks!

I recommend uninstalling any existing app and reinstalling this one from the App Store or Play Store.  The existing PWA app will continue to work as it simply functioning through a mobile device's browser.  However, unless you install the app from the stores you will not receive the Push notifications.

Completely agreed. I just wanted to see if there was a timeline for it to cease working so that I would be prepared for my staff who refuses to switch. Sounds like it will not cease, even if we would prefer that they switch. Thanks!
