- Each eSPACE admin with access to Billing can view what subscription tier your organization currently has and everything that is included in their account under Settings > Other > Billing > Manage.
For those who are on an eSPACE subscription tier that includes Single Sign On, if you are unable to log in to eSPACE via Google, Azure, Okta Single Sign On (SSO), or just by entering your email address and password then your organization's eSPACE account may be suspended.
This can happen if repeated attempts to process payment for your organization's eSPACE subscription have failed, or if your organization has intentionally canceled their eSPACE account.
When eSPACE users that are admins or sub-admins attempt to single sign-on to such an account, they are directed to the billing management page to update their billing info.
