If you are unable to log in to eSPACE via Okta Single Sign On (SSO), then your organization's eSPACE account may be suspended
This can happen repeated attempts to process payment for your organization's eSPACE subscription have failed, or if your organization has intentionally canceled their eSPACE account. When eSPACE users that are admins or sub-admins attempt to single sign-on to such an account, they are directed to the billing management page to update their billing info. All other users are redirected to this page.
