This setting is for organizations that either want to Hide the Requested Completion Date field or they want to Require it
Go to the left navigation bar>Settings>Advanced>General>Display Features and you will see the following settings:
If you elect to Hide Requested Completion Date on "Add Work Order" form..., then the Require options disappear
NOTE: There are separate options for Portal Users and Internal Users
Once this setting is saved, Portal Users and Internal Users will no longer see the Requested Completion Date field on the Add Work Order form
If you elect to Require Requested Completion Date on "Add Work Order" form..., then Users will see an asterisk to the right of the Requested Completion Date field
