If your eSPACE subscription has both Event Scheduler and Work Order & Asset Management then based on your organization settings, you can add a work order within the event creation process by going to the "Work Order" tab and selecting "Create Work Order for this Schedule".
- Admins have to enable the setting for this under Settings > Advanced > General > Event Creation.
Next, select your desired settings and then select SAVE.
When does the work order show within the Work Order & Asset Management module?
The event has to first be in an approved status. Then, the work order is generated based on the settings selected within the work order tab. Keep in mind that you may need to wait until midnight EST to see a work order generate for same day selection.
Where does it show within Work Order & Asset Management?
The new work order is displayed within the "All Event Work Orders" grid, as well as, the "New Work Orders" grid, as shown below.
