Admins can apply a form created in Form Builder to multiple Items (spaces, resources, services) at one time!
Go to the left navigation bar>Settings>Advanced>Form Builder and you will see a new button
Once you click the button, you will be able to apply your form to any of your available Items (Spaces/Resources/Services)
After you make your selections, just click Assign Form to Selected Items
Now those items become part of the Items in this Form and you can Delete them anytime if needed
In addition to applying this form initially in your settings, it is also easy to apply answers for the form when entering an event!
When entering an event that has the same form for 2 or more Items (Spaces/Resources/Services) . . .
After clicking on the FORM for one of the Items and at the end of all form questions, there is a drop down field that asks Copy Data to other Forms?
From here you can the following:
- Do not copy any form data (DEFAULT)
- Copy answers to all matching forms for this event
- Copy answers to only blank matching forms for this event
If I choose #2, then all the matching forms are auto-populated with the same answers and receive a check mark saving you precious time!
#3 is for the scenario where you added Items (Spaces/Resources/Services) and only want to apply different answers to the new Items that are blank
