Saving Time/Labor for a Task to a Work Order

When a technician (user, sub-admins or admins in Work Order & Asset Management) enters their time for a Task it will be recorded to the Costs Tab for that work order.

• Users, sub-admins, and admins can only be assigned work orders that have one of the service categories that they have been granted access to under their user permissions.

After a technician hits Complete on a Work Order, they are presented with a prompt to enter their time for any tasks associated with that Work Order.

1. They can toggle on to the right of "Save this task's time and labor as a Time/Labor entry on the work order's Costs Tab"
2. Then enter Total Completed Hours for the Task(s)
3. And hit Save

Now the Task shows as Completed on the Task Tab and the recorded time appears on the Costs Tab
