This setting allows users to respond to Conversations when they have multiple alias email addresses
For Event Scheduler: Go to the left navigation bar>Settings>Advanced>General>Email Notifications
For Work Order Management: Go to the left navigation bar>Settings>Advanced>General>Work Order Workflow
Now, when a user has multiple alias email addresses (e.g. luke@yourchurchname.com, luke@ycn.com, lukelittrell@yourchurch.com), when they reply to a Conversation in eSPACE it will not be rejected.
