This setting allows users to respond to Conversations when they have multiple alias email addresses
For Event Scheduler: Go to the left navigation bar>Settings>Advanced>General>Email Notifications
For Work Order Management: Go to the left navigation bar>Settings>Advanced>General>Work Order Workflow
Now, when a user has multiple alias email addresses (e.g. email@example.com, luke@SC.com, firstname.lastname@example.org), when they reply to a Conversation in eSPACE it will not be rejected
