If you want to change your name, email, password and other basic settings for your account navigate to your profile icon > "Profile" either at the top right hand side of your eSPACE account OR your left side menu bar.

Within your profile, you can do the following:
Notification Preferences
- Click this option to see and modify all the email and text message notifications that eSPACE can send you about events.
Name, Email, Password
- Under your profile settings, you can change or update your first name, last name, email or password
- Concerned about the security of your password? Go to https://www.security.org/how-secure-is-my-password/ to see how secure it is!
Default location (optional)
- If you choose a default location then that location will automatically be selected on the event Details tab every time you create an event. That location will also be the default filter for all events on the internal calendar views, meaning you will by default only see events happening at that location on the internal calendar views.
Default calendar view (optional)

- If you choose Monthly, Daily, Weekly, Agenda or the Condensed calendar view to be your default then when you click on the calendar icon in your left side menu bar it will take you straight to that default calendar view.
Show Setup and Teardown Times in Calendars

- If you enable this feature then the next time you open one of the Calendar views, you will see the Setup and Tear Down Times for each event.
If you don't enable "Show Setup and Teardown Times in Calendars" under your profile settings, then you can view the set up and tear down down times by hovering over an event.
Without hovering you can see which events have a setup and/or teardown time if they have the symbols next to the start and end time.
- If you enable this feature then the next time you open one of the Calendar views, you will see the Setup and Tear Down Times for each event.
Default New Events To Be Public

- If you want to, you can set a default so that all the events that you request in eSPACE are set to be Public or Private. Since this is a default setting, you can change the setting on each individual event.
Profile Image
- You can add a profile image if you want.
Zoom and API Integration Settings
At the very bottom you can also select one (1) Zoom Integration or two (2) API Keys
