Monthly Calendar View - Mobile App

You can view the Monthly Calendar in your Mobile Device

Login to eSPACE on your Mobile Device using the same log in credentials you use on the website.

After (1) clicking the three lines  in the top left, then (2) choose Calendars

Different Calendar Views

Calendar Default View is Agenda. Across the top, you will also see Day and Month.

Filtering

You can click on the filter icon in order to set a filter just like you would in the desktop view. Once a filter has been applied, the filter icon will appear red.

• To clear the filter, click the filter icon and then select "Clear". 

Month View

After clicking Month, and in Portrait mode on your Mobile Device, events appear with name and time.

• Events that have gone through the regular level of approval will be green
• Events still pending the regular level of approval will be highlighted in yellow (admins will automatically see them and sub-admins and users will see pending events if the setting is enabled under Settings/Advanced/General/Display Features) 
• Events still pending pre-approval will be yellow with the wording "Pending Pre-Approval".
• Events pending final approval will be green with a tag the wording "Pending Final Approval"
• Gray events are ones that were submitted for approval and then started being edited again and need to be re-submitted for approval
• White events that are crossed out are canceled events and will display for users and sub-admins if the setting under Settings/Advanced/General/Display Features is enabled.
• Calendar Labels (announcements) will display at the top of the days that they are scheduled for and can be added by admins under Setting/Advanced/Calendar Labels.

Month View in Landscape Mode

After transitioning to Landscape mode on your Mobile Device, events appear with additional information such as event category colors, "Offsite" and "Virtual" tags, space info and more!

• Scroll on the page to see all the events for the month.
• Events that have gone through the regular level of approval will be green
• Events still pending the regular level of approval will be highlighted in yellow (admins will automatically see them and sub-admins and users will see pending events if the setting is enabled under Settings/Advanced/General/Display Features) 
• Events still pending pre-approval will be yellow with the wording "Pending Pre-Approval".
• Events pending final approval will be green with a tag the wording "Pending Final Approval"
