If a requester is not satisfied with a Completed Work Order, they can reopen it!
See Work Orders from Creation to Completion for the workflow of a Work Order
After a Work Order is marked Completed, the requester receives an email notification and can now click "Work Order Not Complete?"
Now, a new page opens for the requester to do the following:
- Enter a Reason to re-open the Work Order
- Click Re-Open
Once done, a confirmation page appears
Now, the original user who performed the work will see the Work Order on their Dashboard in three different grids:
All Work Orders In Progress
My Assigned Work Orders
My Work Not Accepted
When the original user who performed the work opens the Work Order, they can see that the status is Work Not Accepted and the Reject Reason
