Honeywell Thermostats and Network Thermostats No Longer Supported

While eSPACE has been able to integrate with Honeywell Thermostats and Network Thermostats in the past, Smart Church Solutions will no longer provide support such integrations.  This means that if you have such an integration and it is working, you can continue to use it.  However, if you run into any issues, we will not be able to offer any assistance with resolving such issues, and you may end up having to disable the integration in your eSPACE account.

The reason for ending support of these two thermostat types is due to a history integrations issues with them that are outside of our control.  Integrations are inherently complex because they often vary greatly across device makers.  When there is an issue with the integration, it often takes a good bit of time just to figure out where the issue is (in eSPACE, or the stat's cloud server, or the stat itself, or the customer's network).  We have found that for most issues reported to us, the issue is outside of eSPACE.

Honeywell Thermostats and Network Thermostats have a disproportionate number of issues in integrating with eSPACE, and customers often struggle to get adequate support from the stat providers. 

Please note that Honeywell's JACE will continue to be supported.
