Specify how many days prior to Requested Completion Date for Maintenance [PM]

Now you can specify how many days prior to Requested Completion Date for Scheduled Maintenance [PM]

• Go to the left navigation bar>Add Maintenance [PM]
• Enter the initial required information
• On the Schedule Maintenance Details page, there is a new checkbox on the Schedule Maintenance Details page called Generate Work Order X Days prior to Requested Completion Date with a field below to enter the number of days.

Now, a Work Order will be generated according to the number of days entered.

NOTE:  If Tasks are used, then multiple Work Orders would generate according to the number of days entered.
