Billing & Invoicing is a great feature available on certain subscription tiers of Event Scheduler!
For those that are on an eSPACE subscription tier which includes Billing & Invoicing, admins can include the Rental Requests grid to their Dashboard!

Giving Users Access
- If you have just upgraded to a tier that includes Billing & Invoicing, only the admin with access to billing is given immediate access to that feature. However, they can go to Settings/Basic/Users and edit a user's "User Permissions" to grant them access as well.

Displaying "Open Event Requests" on Your Dashboard
- For any user who has access to the Billing & Invoicing feature, they will want to then go to their Dashboard and click to "Edit Dashboard Settings", located on the top left side of your dashboard below your name. Once on the dashboard settings page, the user will need to click "Edit" to the right of "Rental Requests" and un-check "Is Hidden" and "Is Collapsed" then click "SAVE". This will allow them to see the new "Rental Request" grid on their dashboard which will include event requests from "external users" when they submit a public "Event Request Form" that includes billable items.
Back on the dashboard, within the Rental Request grid, you can do the following:
- Search for any Rental Request
- Filter by clicking on any column header name to put in ascending or descending order
- Export Rental Requests to Excel and further manipulate
- Submit Event, Approve or Decline to the right as part of the Rental Request workflow

Viewing Your Subscription Details
- Each eSPACE admin with access to Billing can view what subscription tier your organization currently has and everything that is included in their account under Settings > Other > Billing > Manage.
