Admins and sub-admins with permission to manage equipment and inventory can add images to equipment and inventory to make them easier to identify.
- If multiple images are added, you can designate which image is the Default Image!
Thumbnail Images appear whenever you are searching for Equipment or Inventory using the Smart Filter
For Equipment:
- To Add an image for Equipment go to the Left Navigation Bar and go to Setting > Basic > Equipment.
- Locate a piece of Equipment using the smart filter and click the
icon
- After 300 pieces of equipment are entered, you will be required and promoted to use at least one filter option in order to see your equipment. This is purposely designed into the software in order to maintain optimized software performance and thus a smoother user experience after a large amount of equipment has been added. You can still use multiple filter options on the equipment page if desired.
- Scroll down to Add New Attachments and click Select Files
- Add your image from your computer
- Now, after you enter additional images you can change which one is your Default Image
For Inventory:
- To Add an image for Inventory go to the Left Navigation Bar and go to Settings > Advanced > Inventory > Inventory Items
- Locate a piece of Inventory using the smart filter and click the
- Scroll down to Add New Attachments and click Select Files
- Add your image from your computer
- Now, after you enter additional images you can change which one is your Default Image
