Running Reports for SafeSave Transactions in Billing & Invoicing
- Since all transactions for Billing and Invoicing in Event Scheduler are processed through SafeSave, in your SafeSave account is where you can look up all transactions and all the details regarding the transactions.
- It's also important to note that in your SafeSave account is where you can initiate refunds. All SaveSafe accounts are setup by an admin in eSPACE and they have the ability to share their SafeSave account with any other staff members as needed.
- Support at Smart Church Solutions does not have access to anyone's SafeSave account or account information. If you get locked out of your SafeSave account, then please reach out to SafeSave for access.
- Call 1-800-220-8611 or visit SafeSave Payment Services to connect with them.
Searching Transactions
In your SafeSave account you can search transactions by selecting from a group of parameters. After searching, the transactions matching those criteria will be displayed. You can retrieve additional information about a transaction by clicking on the transaction id. A description of this information can be found in our Transaction Details documentation.
Transactions can be searched by the following criteria:
- Status - The status is the last state of a transaction. For example, a merchant can search just successful, failed or declined transactions, or all transactions regardless of status.
- Transaction Type - Transactions are categorized by type. These types include Sales, Voids, Refunds, Authorizations, and Captures.
- Order ID - The order ID is optionally passed by the merchant when a transaction is submitted. Merchants can then search transactions by this order ID.
- Date Range - Merchants can search between a specified date range. All transactions processed within this date range will be displayed.
- Amount Range - Merchants can search between a specified amount range. All transactions processed within this amount range will be displayed.
