Need help understanding the different event statuses that show on your internal calendar for events? Here are some examples of the different statuses with highlights that you will find on your internal calendar and the meaning of them.
Event is highlighted in green = Approved Status...good to go!
Event is highlighted in green with gold band "Awaiting Final Approval" = When using Final Approval, this is the final approval step. Here, all items have been approved, now just waiting for Final Approval.
Event is highlighted in green with red text "Offsite Event" = Approved Offsite Event
Event is highlighted in yellow/tan with gold bar with text "Pending Pre-Approval" = When using Pre-Approvals, once an event is submitted, the event goes to the Pre-Approver(s) and is pending pre-approval until approved. Once approved, it goes through normal approval workflow.
Event is highlighted in yellow/tan = Pending Status and is pending approval.
Event is highlighted in red = Event is in conflict with another event (spaces, resources, services).
Event is highlighted in green with red text = Event has been approved w/conflicts.
Event is highlighted in gray with white text = The event is currently being updated and in draft status. If items were previously approved, they will remain approved. Only new items that have been added will be pending approval once submitted.
Event is highlighted in blue with white text = When using the event request forms for public, once an event request is submitted, it will show on the internal calendar
(external event request), if selected within SettingsAdvancedGeneral. Note: Once the manager of the event request form submits the request, it will go through normal workflow and show on the calendar highlighted based on status.
Event is highlighted in white with blue text stroked through = When an event or occurrence has been canceled. Note: This is an optional setting to show canceled occurrences.
