You can easily expand every grid on your dashboard, by clicking the expand button "+" to the right of the grid name.
You will then see any events as it relates to the grid within the event approval process (based on your settings and user permissions), as shown below.
If you click on the expand button (+) to the left of the Event ID, you will be able to see the occurrence Date(s), Begin Setup, Time, End Teardown and Status of each.
You can continue to expand to see the event items selected within each occurrence by clicking the expand button (+) to the left of the event occurrence Date. Here you can also see which approval areas different items (spaces, resources and services) have been assigned to.
