Our eSPACE team has intentionally partnered with many ChMS's (church management software companies) so that you can continue to use your original ChMS to schedule events, but then have our eSPACE- Event Scheduler module pull those events in and pass them to our FACILITeSPACE module for integrations with your HVAC, doors and digital signage displays. As events are approved in your original ChMS, your HVAC, doors and/or digital signage displays can automatically be scheduled for events.

These are a 1-way sync to eSPACE (not from) and because of their purpose, the integration is specifically designed to continuously sync every few minutes and to only bring over the space names and a few days of events at a time with minimal information so that FACILITeSPACE knows which thermostat/HVAC unit, door or digital signage display to update.
Once the data syncs to eSPACE, no changes should be made in eSPACE. For simplicity’s sake and to ensure that the integration works, ALL changes should ONLY be made in your original ChMS system. This is true for space names and events.
How to set up the integration
- If you are already an eSPACE subscriber (if not, please contact sales@smartchurcholutions.com) and have Event Scheduler on your subscription, then go to Settings > Other > ChMS
- Select the Integration Guide for your specific ChMS to learn what you need to do to connect your eSPACE-Event Scheduler account to your ChMS account
- After you read the guide, then click “Integrate Now” under your specific ChMS
- Email support@smartchurchsolutions.com and request to have your account configured so that your eSPACE account will “pull” in events for the ChMS integration
- Once your account has been configured by support, it will take approximately 15 minutes for eSPACE to begin pulling all of your spaces and approved events from your ChMS
- Set up your eSPACE-FACILITeSPACE account to schedule your HVAC, doors or digital signage by making sure you also have COOLSPACE, SECURESPACE and/or INFOSPACE added to your eSPACE subscription

Once you do, then click My Modules (at the top right) and select FACILITeSPACE
