- Introducing the NEW eSPACE Homepage! Now users will login and be brought to the new Homepage where they can create a work order or create an event quickly and easily.
- We've added a new setting called Assign Work Order to Selected Department in both Settings>Advanced>General and within Settings>Advanced>Public Work Order Request>Form Setup! If you have departments exposed and this setting selected, once that work order is submitted with department selected, it will automatically get assigned to that department and be marked as approved.

- If you are a bundled client, using the Event Scheduler and Work Order Management modules, and have the setting option enabled to Allow Work Orders to be Created from Events, you can request a work order within any event. Now there is an All Event Work Orders grid that shows on the Work Order Management dashboard for these requests.
- Better deletion of work orders! You can now delete a work order within any status of the work order!
- New setting added called Automatically Complete Work Order Upon Completion of Final Task. When selected, if a work order is added with tasks, once the final task has been marked as "Complete", the work order will automatically go to a completed status and show under the "All Completed Work to be Reviewed" grid.
AUGUST 2019

- New setting added to warn you when your equipment warranty period is getting ready to expire. Within "Equipment" you will see the equipment name and Warranty Exp - Parts date highlighted in red. Another place you will see the warning is when you add a piece of equipment to a work order!
- We now send an email notification to the Work Order requester when the new work order request has been received.
- Any internal user that has been given the ability to perform the duties of a work order now has the ability to track/manage their time within a work order!

- Spaces can now be set to be in a customized order! Admins can now click the "Drag and Drop" button and order their Spaces as they desire. As a note, items default to alpha order. Once the items are re-arranged, they will be automatically saved in that order anywhere they are viewed at in eSPACE.

- We have made some changes to the dashboard! On the top right of your dashboard, you will see "My Modules", where you can select from the drop-down menu to get to any modules that you have subscribed to quickly. You can now reach out to support by clicking the "Help" drop-down menu and then "Support". You will also find other options within "Help" (see below). The person icon drop-down menu, contains your personal information such as profile, notification preferences, and billing information (if billing contact). You can also sign out here.
- New Condensed Navigation Mode setting - This setting gives your dashboard/sidebar a much cleaner look. This optional setting can be selected for your facility by going to Settings>Advanced>General>Optional Settings, then scroll down to the bottom of page, check the following (see attached) and SAVE.
- Added setting to "Add Work Order" and "Add Maintenance [PM]" to allow for auto close of a work order (includes PM) if the setting is not checked and once the work has been completed. Note: The setting is checked by default.
- Added last modified date and last modified by within Work Orders>"All Work Orders" and "All Work Orders in Progress" grids.

- Admins can now setup inbound emails addresses to process work orders! To get started, go to Settings->Advanced->Public Work Order Request->Email Setup, located on the left navigation menu. Then click the blue "Setup New Email" button. Please note that you can setup as many different emails as you like to segregate the requests. You also have the ability to route these request to certain users or departments. This allows quick auto-assignment based on the email you have setup. Enjoy!
- Now, all users have full control over all email notifications sent from eSPACE. Pick and choose the notifications you want to receive... and cut off the ones you don't. To learn more about this, go HERE.
- Added ability to "Export to Excel" current inventory.

Go to Settings>Users and choose a Sub-Admin(s), click the green edit button that is located to the right of their role, click User Access Permissions, find "Manage Work Orders" and check the box within, "Restrict work orders based on assigned Service Categories", then SAVE.

Updates for Current Features
- Now when assigning Work Orders, only users that are assigned to the Location of the Work Order will appear in the Internal User drop-down list.
- We have enhanced the Department functionality: 1. Departments that do not have the assigned Location or Service category will no longer show up when assigning work orders. Example: Your organization has an IT department at Location A, but does not have one at Location B. Since you do not have any users from Location B assigned to the IT Dept, when a work order is created at Location B, the IT Dept will no longer be an option in Departments when assigning a work order at Location B. 2. Users not assigned to a Service Category that the Department services will no longer get the email or see it in their dashboard. Example: Your organization has a Maintenance Department. You have 5 employees in that dept, but only 2 of them are qualified to handle HVAC issues. They would be assigned the HVAC service category in user setup. Now when a work order is created and assigned the HVAC service category, only the two employees in the department assigned to do HVAC work will see the work order on their dashboard. In addition, only those two will get emailed that a new work order has been assigned. 3. Users not assigned to a Location that the Department services will no longer get the email or see it in their dashboard. Example: Your organization has an IT Department at Loc A and Loc B. If a work order comes in at Loc A that gets assigned to the IT Dept, only the users assigned to the IT Dept that have the LOC A permission will be alerted by email and will see it on their dashboard. This basically allows you to have the same Department at multiple locations without everyone getting the work orders that do not apply to their specific assigned location.
