When a Sub-Admin has been assigned items (Spaces, Resources, Services) within their "Area of Approval" and an event has been created, using any of these items, the Sub-Admin will receive an email notification that they have items to approve. They will also find the event on their dashboard under the "Requires Sub-Admin Approval" grid (see below).
Note: The Sub-Admin is only able to approve or decline at the item(s) level for their "Area of Responsibility".
The Sub-Admin can approve from the dashboard, OR they can click on the cogwheel, located to the right of the blue Services box (see on attached above), which will take them to the Setup tab, where they can quickly go to the Availability tab to decline or approve items.
Once the items have been approved for the Sub-Admin's approval area, the event will disappear from the "Requires Sub-Admin Approval" grid.
