Admins can order tasks within Task Groups and then when the group of tasks is added to a work order or Preventive Maintenance, they will be added in that order!
- Go to Settings Advanced Task Groups
- Click on the expand button (+) to see the tasks associated within the group
- You can drag and drop the rows, to change the order of the tasks inside the group of tasks by clicking on the sort icon (see below) and dragging the task in the order that you want it so that when the Task Group is added to a work order or Preventive Maintenance, the tasks will be added in the order.
Within a work order, you can order tasks!
- Expand the work order by clicking on the expand button (+) to the left of the work order number
- Select the Tasks tab within the work order to view the tasks associated
- You can drag and drop the rows, to change the order of the tasks inside the group of tasks by clicking on the sort icon shown in the above attachment and dragging the task in the order that you want it.
You can add new tasks and order them as well!
