To start adding an event you can click "Add Event" at the top right hand side of your Event Scheduler account or go to Calendar > Item Schedulers > Daily Spaces and double click on any empty/available space.
Adding an Event Name and Description
- Once the blank event template appears, enter in an Event Name (required field)
- You can also add an internal Event Description (this optional & only viewable for eSPACE users on the internal calendar)
- Please know that there is a 4000 character limit for the internal event description

You can also add the link/URL in the Event Description.

If you want to change how the link appears, you can add the text that you want to display inside of a bracket right before typing or pasting in the web address inside of parentheses.
