There are internal and external forms that admins can create for end users to fill out.
1. Form Builder allows admins to create forms that can be assigned to a space, resource, or service.
2. Event Request Forms allow an admin to create forms so that non-eSPACE users can submit event requests that also go through the regular approval process for all sub-admins and admins.
Allows Internal Forms to Appear on External Forms
Admins can also design an Event Request Form that also shows the internal forms attached to spaces/resources/services so that non-eSPACE users fill out those internal forms when choosing the appropriate item on an Event Request Form.
In order to do this:
- A. Make sure the right spaces, resources, and services are marked public (each one can be marked publically when you edit them under Settings > Basic > Spaces/Resources/Services).
- B. Make sure the right spaces, resources, and/or services have also had an internal form built and assigned to it.
- C. Make sure spaces, resources, and/or services are toggle on to "show" on the Event Request Form.
-
- If you need to limit the form to NOT show all and only show specific spaces, resources, and/or services then toggle on "Is Space/Resource/Service Specific" and choose the ones needed.
- D. Go to the Event Request Form you want those internal forms to display on for end users and make sure "Allow Requester to Enter Setup Details" is toggle on.
Once those three things are done, when an external person fills out an Event Request Form and toggles on spaces, resources, and/or service that also has an internal form attached to it, they will see the option to fill out that internal form. Once filled out, they can submit the event request.
