We have refined our current subscription tiers to better meet the stewardship needs of our different customer types. Our Deluxe (now Basic), Premium, and Ultimate tiers are the same price, but we have modified features that are included in each. This was done to simplify our structure and move away from our add-on modules. Our overarching goal was to bring a right sized solution to help you meet your stewardship goals.

Other Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to stay at my new tier?
-
- The billing admin(s) on your account may elect to stay at a lower tier at any time by updating your billing page (Settings>Advanced>Other>Billing>Manage). However, you can not move to a lower tier if your average current usage is above what that lower tier offers.
What if my tier didn’t change?
-
- A number of clients did not upgrade to a new tier and this was based specifically on their current feature usage
What happens if I downgrade?
-
- Your features will immediately be downgraded to the selected tier.
- Note: A downgrade will impact your feature usage, and you will not be able to downgrade if you’re using more Events and Items (Spaces,Resources,Services) or Work Orders and Equipment/Spaces than permitted at a lower tier.
What am I losing?
-
- Nothing, unless you decide to downgrade.
Do I need to wait until the end of the trial period to pay for an upgrade?
-
- No, you can pay for your new tier at any time during your trial via your billing page.
Can I be at a different subscription tier in Event Scheduler than Work Order & Asset Management?
- No, all customers must be on the same tier in both modules. Since these modules tie together and share the same spaces between them, all customers need to be on the same subscription tier in both modules.
