    WP team,

       Is it possible to allow a team member to find their own substitute?  i.e. Mark, our drummer will be out.  It would be great if he could have permissions to use the WP.com tools to find and contact a replacement drummer directly instead of having to go through the team leader.

    Hi Matt.  This is an feature we are planning on developing.  I can't give you an exact timeframe yet, but it has been requested several times, and I imagine it won't be too long before we develop it.  Thanks for letting us know it is something that'd be helpful to your team!

    I have a user who is an account admin(3). I sent an email message with 'login' info.  All they received was the web page for the WP login. Do they use their email for the user login? How do they get a password.  

    I am an account admin(3) and I use my email,  but don't remember how I setup my password.

    Please help

    By sending the Login Info, they would have gotten an email that says the following:

    --------

    Below you will find your WorshipPlanning.com login information.

    Login web address: http://my.worshipplanning.com
    Your login email is: [email address]

    If you need to reset your password or never knew it, please navigate here

    For more information about this, please contact your worship leader.

    ------

    So, they should click the option to reset or set their password --using the original email that you had the system send. Their user name will be their email address. If they want to use the link that just takes them to the login page, they can also just use the "Forgot Password?" link on that screen. If they continue to have trouble, let's connect with a support ticket which you can send to support@worshipplanning.com

    Thanks. They did try to do the reset and it told them they did not exist.  I will try it with them again, and if the problem persists, I will contact support. Also we weren't sure whether to use the email address or the user id, so that is at least now cleared up.
