Important Update Regarding 3xLogic Infinias Door Access Integration

Recently, 3xLogic, the developer behind the Infinias API, has communicated to us that they have ceased further support for their Infinias API. As a result, they will no longer be enhancing the functionality of Infinias, and no updates will be made to the existing API. Despite this decision, 3xLogic has confirmed that the current API will continue to function in its current state.

Furthermore, we regret to inform you that for those utilizing Infinias Cloud, an identified bug within their device discovery API endpoint is hindering eSPACE from effectively discovering and adding new or replacement devices. Unfortunately, 3xLogic has not provided a specific timeline for resolving this issue.

Our primary objective is to ensure transparency and keep you informed about the latest developments pertaining to 3xLogic's Infinias platform and your integration with eSPACE. We understand the importance of clarity and foreseeing the long-term plan for this integration that you depend on.
