Thank you being an eSPACE subscriber and for wanting to add additional years to your subscription!
If you are trying to add additional years to your subscription and currently can not:
- A) you already locked in your pricing by previously adding additional years to your last transaction
- B) you are currently on an older price plan for your subscription and need to first move to the new pricing plan before you are able to add additional years
Checking to See If You Are on the New Pricing
In order to see if you are on the latest pricing, build out your subscription using the subscription calculator on our website.
Then compare that "Total Monthly Fee" to the cost on your last receipt. All admins with access to the billing page in their eSPACE account can see all the receipts under Settings > Other > Billing > Receipt.
- On the billing History tab you can download the latest receipt to see what you were last charged.
If the monthly price on your last receipt doesn't match the monthly price on our website, then you haven't moved to the new pricing yet. Once you do move to the new pricing plan on your next regularly scheduled billing date, you will be able to add additional years in order to lock in at that new pricing for up to 3 years total.
