Under Settings > Basic > Spaces, admins can easily search, add, edit, and view the spaces and their attributes.
- All spaces must be tied/assigned to a location in your Work Order & Asset Management account, even if you only have one location.
- After users choose a location on the work order request, they will then see all the spaces assigned to that location as options (assuming admins allow spaces to be shown & Chosen on work orders).

- See section called "Drag and Drop Spaces". You can arrange spaces to be "child" spaces of others as a way of grouping them. This is especially helpful when your account has a long list of spaces. Then on a work order request users can expand the "parent" space and assign the individual space that is needed for the work order.
From the Spaces page, you can see and do the following:
- This indicates a column that has a dynamic tool to manage each Space
- Once you hover over one of your Spaces, you will see three dots to the left , and once you click on them, you will get more options:
Next, you can see the following:
- Space name (including Child Spaces)
- Filter feature available at the top of each column (see below)
- Location column indicates to which Location your Space belongs
