FACILITeSPACE | SECURESPACE

With an integration for SECURESPACE you can manage Door Access

Go to My Modules and select FACILITeSPACE

Once there, you will see the Dashboard and if you have other integrations, including COOLSPACE, you will see those as well.

For this article, we will focus on SECURESPACE and the Door Access grid

From the Door Access grid, you can do the following:

1. View the Event ID and Event name
2. View Location
3. View Spaces associated
4. View Date and Time
5. Determine whether Door Access is on or off
6. Export the items listed
7. View the Status*
8. View the Timeframe for Doors to unlock/lock
9. Edit | Edit Door Access*
10. Edit Dashboard Settings (you can change the number of days that displays)

With Status* hovering over the will allow you to see the following warning:

With Edit Door Access* hovering over the will allow you to see the following message:

Also, clicking will bring up the pop-up window below that allows you to do the following:

1. Turn Door Access Off
2. Add Unlock/Lock Times
3. Edit an existing Unlock/Lock Time
4. Remove an existing Unlock/Lock Time

When you choose to Add Unlock/Lock Time, you will see the pop-up window below where you can do the following:

1. Doors | Default is ALL doors are selected, or you can select certain doors by clicking in the field
2. Change the Unlock Time
3. Change the Lock Time
4. Choose to Add this override to all occurrences

Within each event, you can do many of the same things as above to manage Door Access
