Use of Override Location / Space(s) for Non-Public Events via API

This feature is helpful for organizations that use the API feature to display eSPACE data within other applications and websites

Go to Settings>Advanced>General>API Settings and toggle "On" the following setting:

Now, when you add an "Override Location/Space(s)" name under the Event>Items>Spaces tab as shown below, you will be able to see this in your API data:

NOTE:  This event has toggled off on the Details page of the event

Go to Settings>Other>Developer to see this data before using the API feature

Expand "Event" and choose "GET" for the following event data:

Now, 1) enter the Event ID and 2) click "Try it out!"

Once the process is done you can scroll down to the bottom within "Response Body" and find the data for "SpacesOnPublicCalendarDisplay" - see below

This data should match what you entered in the "Override Location/Space(s)" name under the Event>Items>Spaces tab
